Adding Music on Hold Module in Issabel
The PBX allows two data-styles of music on hold – static files and streaming. Static files are audio files (WAV or MP3 files) that are uploaded to the server and played back when a caller is placed on hold. Streaming audio is used to connect to a live audio feed from a particular source.
To Add Music on Hold
Open the issabel dashboard and choose PBX --> PBX configuration from the left pane. Now choose Internal Options & Configuration --> Music on Hold
Random music files in issabel will be played during hold. You can also add music category in issabel. Instead, you can also enable the Random Play option.
Click on Apply Config to add the random music.
Now, click on Browse and Choose File to add your own music & Upload your music files.
Click on Apply Config to add your music.
Now successfully Added the music on hold in issabel
