The Valve persist on the use of Ubuntu Linux

{{postValue.id}}

Ubuntu Linux is the most famous desktop maybe this is the reason why Valve recommends their gamers to use Ubuntu Linux. But this desktop is getting a change now. Previously Ubuntu Linux had the facility of the stream which makes it easy for the recent addition of stream play compatibility layer. But the changed version of Ubuntu Linux does not support the use of the stream.

The streams are not supported in the new version of Ubuntu Linux whereas the famous Linux desktop OS supports the stream. But still, the Valve is supporting the Ubuntu Linux. The conical company has clearly declared that the Ubuntu 19.10 is not infused with the 32-bit package which means most of the stream play is not supported by Ubuntu.

Then due to this reason Valve decided to switch the desktop. Even though the Valve can reproduce the stream play without a 32-bit package but they felt it risky at that moment so they decided to change the desktop. Realizing this as a drawback the Ubuntu left-back the plan of avoiding stream in their design. So the problem was brought to an end and as the Ubuntu is now accessing the 32-bit package Valve continues the use of Ubuntu Linux.
