How to use Fleet Management on Odoo

For over a period of three weeks, we have seen some important aspects of Odoo. Today we will be briefed on how to use Fleet management on Odoo. With this module, odoo helps to manage all the vehicles, the contracts associated to those vehicles as well as services, fuel log entries, costs and other features necessary to the mangement of your fleet of vehicles. Some of the other features are showing all costs associated to a vehicle and analysis graph for costs.

Fleet Management - Odoo

To start with the fleet management process, install the required module in odoo and go to the fleet management tab in header menu. Go for the vehicles tab in left pane of the menu. list of apps

The details regarding the vehicle is given below and save the changes.

Then create vehicle contracts by clicking the create button.

The summary of contract details of a new vehicle is shown below.

Add the fuel logs, service logs and cost of the vehicles and save the changes
