How to Manage Users and Groups in Nethserver

Creating Users and Groups in Nethserver

NethServer is an Open Source CentOS designed for small offices and medium-size enterprises. It offers number of built-in modules like mail, Web, Proxy, DNS etc., In this article we will learn, how to create user and group and also how to add user into that particular group.

First Login to Netherserver, using the login credentials.

Click Users menu in Management column and click Create New.

Enter the Username and click Submit.

Enter the other details of the user and click Submit

Now set the password for the user and click Submit

Select the service required for the user and click Submit

Now we have successfully created the user.

Select the Groups option in Management menu and click Create New.

Enter the Group name, Description for group and add members to that group. Then click Submit.

Now the group was created successfully.
