How to install Phototonic in Ubuntu

To install Phototonic in Ubuntu

Phototonic is an open source, image viewer and organizer. It is programmed in C++. It is now more faster and efficient. Installation of Phototonic is explained in this manual.

To install phototonic

Add the repository before installing the Phototonic application.

root@linuxhelp1:~# add-apt-repository ppa:dhor/myway

Run the following command to update the newly added repository.

Is the light safe to use?

This light is extremely safe and effective. As with ANY light, avoid direct contact with eyes.

Do I need to do my acupoints in any particular order?

No, it is not necessary to start clockwise or to place the light on acupoints in any particular order. As this modality is different from acupressure, there are some things that do not apply. My friends & I want to learn about photonic therapy.

How often do I use the Photonic Red Light?

A

For optimal results, we recommend red lighting acupoints every other day for two weeks, then twice a week. If it involves a virus, we recommend red lighting twice a day until symptoms disappear. For all other issues, you can use it as often as necessary. If the results aren’t optimal, be sure to also red light the adjoining joint, i.e. if the ankle is experienced issues, it is helpful to address the knee as well, both sides.
