How to install JDownloader in Ubuntu

JDownloader is a cross-platform free download manager written in Java, which allows automatic download of groups of files from one-click hosting sites. It can easily start/stop/pause downloads, limit the bandwidth, make the downloaded archives auto-extract, create a list of files to be downloaded simultaneously. Installation procedure

To start the installation procedure, first download the installation package from the following link https://mega.nz/#!LJ9FyK7b!t88t6YBo2Wm_ABkSO7GikxujDF5Hddng9bgDb8fwoJQ and list the files in the package by running the following commands.

The installation wizard opens, click next to redirect to next window in the setup.

The next window contains the location for the package to be installed. Select the destination directory and click next.

The setup requires the desktop icon to be created, select the option and click next.

The installation is in progress. It may take some time and the user has to wait for the package to be installed.

The installation is completed in the target system. Start the Jdownloader package and click finish.

Now add links to download the content and click continue.

The Jdownloader contains a score of settings to customize the Jdownloader to the users needs.

The user can also install additional plugins to Jdownloader.
