How to install Cameras on Ubuntu 16.04

Cameras is a open source software that is used to view the camera or the web camera connected to the target system. This tutorial will explain about the installation procedure of Cameras on Ubuntu 16.04.

Installation procedure

To start the installation procedure, first add the repo in the system that will be installed with Cameras.

The repo is added successfully to the target system. Now update the repo using the apt-get update command.

The system is updated with the repositories. Then install the cameras package and press y to continue with the installation process.

The cameras software is installed successfully. For opening the cameras package, type the package name in the activities window and run the application.

For removing the package, execute the following command to remove the cameras package and all of its repositories.
