To Configure Basic Setup in OrangeHRM

In this article we are going to show the basic configuration of OrangeHRM like Creating employee, Adding employee details and Job Management details.

To add an Employee

Login OrangeHRM Login panel.

Select PIM menu, choose Add employee option and enter the fields. Then click Save.

Add the personal details of employee as shown below.

Add the Contact details of employee.

Add the emergency contacts of the employee.

Select job option in PIM menu and choose Job titles.

Click Add option to create job titles and click Save.

The Created job title will be added.

Select the pay grade option in job menu and add the pay grade.



You can add more pay grade option as shown below.

Select Employment status at job menu and add the employee status.


You can add employee status as required.

Select Job categories at job menu and add the categories.

You can add the job categories as required.

Select Work shift, to add the time shift of the organisation.


You can add the shift timing as required.
