Ring group is a module which lets a group of extensions ring in a simultaneously when there is an incoming call. It can be done by adding a list of extensions to a Ring Group. This article will explain the technique to create a Ring Group on issabel.

Adding Ring Group

In order to set ring group, choose Ring Groups option present on the left panel. 1 2

Now, enter all the necessary information such as the ring group name and virtual extension number. Also, select the ring strategy.Once it is done, change the ring time for the ring group. After that, you need to add the extensions to the ring group you are creating. 3

Also, select the destination if there is no answer to the ring group. 4

Once all the configuration is done, create the ring group by click on submit changes and click on the apply config at the top. 5 6

A new ring group has been created. 7
