It should be the firewall issue, if firewall is enabled on your linux? you can open respective ports for rpcbind as shown below

iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 111 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A INPUT -p udp --dport 111 -j ACCEPT

and also make sure your service is running

service rpcbind start
