Which Linux Distribution are you using? and please post the output of the command systemctl status plexmediaserver.service or journalctl command

Hi Thank you for your post but I am getting this message - systemctl start plexmediaserver Failed to add /run/systemd/ask-password to directory watch: No such file or directory Failed to start plexmediaserver.service: Unknown unit: plexmediaserver.service See system logs and 'systemctl status plexmediaserver.service' for details.
